1. Making an Enquiry

    Please, fill out the Cake Request Form describing your cake or cupcakes (for example the flavour,  number of people it would need to  feed and style/theme) and we will estimate the price; alternatively, you can give us your budget and see what we can offer.
We will then get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 72 business hours) with your quote. For requests of a more urgent nature, please contact us via WhatsApp on 07831197424 or alternatively.

2. Receiving an Invoice
    Once we agree on a cake design and budget, we will finalize your request and send you a detailed invoice. Please note that a 50% deposit is required for wedding cakes, with full payment required to secure all other orders within 48 hours of your invoice being sent. Unforotunetly, orders that have not been confirmed with a payment within 48 hours, will be automatically cancelled.
 

3. Non-refundable Deposit
   Please note that due to the high demand of bespoke cake orders and the fact that we are a small business, we are only able to accept a certain number of cakes per day, so work on a first come first serve basis, therefore by confirming your order you agree to  the submission of a 50% non-refundable deposit.
 

4. Confirmation, Changes and Cancellation

   Once we receive your payment, we will update your invoice accordingly and notify you via either email or WhatsApp.

We will do our best to accommodate changes made 7 business days before your due date. However, last minute changes may incur extra charges.

Please note that if for some reason you are required to cancel your order, a refund will be issued, minus the 50% deposit and cost of money already spent on supplies. No refund will be issued for orders cancelled within 7 business days of the due date. No refund will be issued for orders already created.

If postponement is required, we will do our best to accommodate the new date (depending on availability) if notified at least 7 business days before due date of order.

In all cases the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

 

5. Collection/Delivery

   A one hour collection/delivery slot will be arranged with you prior to the due date of your order, which can also be found on you invoice. 

You will then be contacted via WhatsApp on your due date to notify you of the completion of your order, along with the full address (which can also be found on your invoice). 

We are currently operating a contactless collection system, which requires you contacting us once outside and we will happily bring your order to your car for you.

6. Last Minute Orders

    Last minute orders are welcome, too! However, please note that all rush orders are subject to an opening in the schedule and pre-ordered cakes will always take priority. For requests of a more urgent nature, please contact us via WhatsApp on 07831197424 or alternatively, please feel free to give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.
